Cumbria Arts & Culture Network Mentoring Programme
We are delighted to say the first Cumbria Arts & Culture Network Mentoring scheme is now underway, with 6 mentees paired with 6 splendid mentors. This week all twelve have enjoyed a thorough induction process, thanks to our partners at Brathay Trust, and are set up for what should be really fruitful relationships over the coming months.
We’re really pleased to be building on some of the learning from the Changing Culture Programme; and we plan to be offering more mentoring opportunities before very long.
