Join Art History Link-Up on Saturdays during term-time in person or online to obtain an Art History-related Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). As an EPQ student you will benefit from our A Level teaching for the year, gaining key Art History knowledge and skills and we will provide mentoring and support for you as you work through your EPQ.
EPQs are accredited qualifications, recognised by UCAS, which are equivalent to half an A Level and can be shaped as projects or essays. A good result in your EPQ can lead to a differentiated offer from some universities and is a good way of exploring independent research and learning as well as an opportunity to explore different subject areas. EPQs can also be extremely helpful when writing your personal statement for university. For more information on EPQs see here
Art History Link-Up has run this EPQ course since 2018. You will be assigned a volunteer EOQ mentor from Art History Link-Up’s team of volunteer EPQ mentors from across the sectors including head teachers, curators, editors and academics. The students are further supported by Dr John Taylor, Chair of Examiners for Project Qualifications at Pearson. EPQ submission is organised by AHLU.
